When country music sensation James Otto had a vision for the perfect wheel for the pro-touring restoration of his childhood Chevelle, he knew just where to turn. Our engineering team worked with James to create the JO3C, a throwback to the original rally wheel found on Chevelles and Camaro Z/28s of the 1960s and 1970s. But unlike the original, the JO3C is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. A traditional five-spoke design with inverted tapered spokes and creative machining details, the JO3C evokes a traditional muscle car flavor while delivering modern technology and performance.
The JO3C is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. The JO3C is available with a flat-lip reverse outer in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, and 22-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline also offers special features like custom offsets and a large choice of finish combinations.

VEHICLE TAILORED FITMENTS
Custom made-to-order means that we engineer and build every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, we can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!
CUSTOM FINISHING
Every Forgeline forged wheel is individually custom finished in-house at our Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, & inspection process and concludes with a high-quality hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what would otherwise be possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is available, including a large selection of in-stock color options. Three piece wheels can even be finished with different custom color combinations on the center, inner rim, & outer rim!
