Ready for the track. The Forgeline TS3R is a three piece modular version of our original one piece forged monoblock TS1R wheel and is engineered with the same 2100 lb. street tire load rating to handle serious motorsport applications. The TS3R features a linear 12-spoke design with machined I-beams on each spoke. The TS3R’s modular forged construction and computer-simulated FEA design process combine to produce a highly-customizable wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.
The Forgeline TS3R is a custom made-to-order three piece wheel comprised of a center that is precision-machined from proprietary 6061-T6 aluminum and combined with heat-treated 6061-T6 spun aluminum rim shells. It uses hidden American-made ARP stainless steel assembly hardware for a smooth clean appearance and faster/easier wheel cleaning. The TS3R can be made for virtually any fitment (4-lug, 5-lug, small diameter 6-lug, or centerlock) with any width and offset in 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch diameters. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the TS3R offers fully-customizable finish options.

VEHICLE TAILORED FITMENTS
Custom made-to-order means that we engineer and build every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want, but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, we can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!
CUSTOM FINISHING
Every Forgeline forged wheel is individually custom finished in-house at our Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility. This resource-intensive process starts with a painstaking hand-grinding, sanding, & inspection process and concludes with a high-quality hand-applied powder coat that is more consistent & more durable than what would otherwise be possible with a mass-produced alternative. Virtually any color is available, including a large selection of in-stock color options. Three piece wheels can even be finished with different custom color combinations on the center, inner rim, & outer rim!
